The Arc Carroll County provides community-based employment training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our workforce is trained, reliable, dependable and motivated to be successfully employed. We are able to provide customized training to meet individualized employer needs if specialized skills are required. The Arc will provide a job coach to work with the employee to ensure that the employer’s expectations are met – we want the employment relationship to be a positive one for both the employee and the employer.
