Arc’s Corporate Council allows partners to be recognized for their investment in our community, the individuals The Arc Carroll County serves and the conditions in which they live. The Arc knows the concern for the welfare and rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, specifically in Carroll County, and we are asking our community of businesses to get involved.
